The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Instinct Backpack Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a discounted shipping fee to anywhere in the world. You may add items to your cart and view your shipping options and final costs before checkout. As promised on Kickstarter and Indiegogo, all rewards and add-ons items will be delivered by May 2018 and July 2018 respectively.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is processed.

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Deliver addresses located within UK and EU will not be charged any customs and duty fees.

For other countries, you may be responsible for duties and taxes levied by your country. All import costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

By law, we are unable to mark rewards as gifts.

The reward prices do not include VAT, GST or any other individual country tariffs or taxes. Also, all items are FOB, meaning that freight, duty, and taxes fall on the recipient (you). We are a small start up and don't have the man power to add these tricky things up for every country due to the fact that we are shipping world wide. Thank you for your understanding.
