When we traveled around the world, we found that different airlines actually have different carry on sizes. Therefore, we designed a carry on bag, or some called it cabin bag that can fit in most airlines' check in bag (carry-on) sizes. We received a lot of inquiries about which airlines our backpack can fit in. Therefore, we list out some common airlines' carry on sizes here. To start with, we listed 6 most common European airlines today. For your information, carry-on, cabin bag, hand luggage are talking bout the same thing if you are confused. As a lot of airlines keep updating their check in bag sizes and they charges on oversized bag, please confirm with their official websites before departure.

1. EasyJet: One of the most common airlines in Europe, EasyJet allows one hand luggage/baggage (cabin bag) per passenger on-board for free. As the size includes handles and wheels, a backpack can fit in more items without the wheels and handles.

2. Norwegian Airline: A fast expanding airline in Europe, Norwegian airlines also offers international flights. You can bring one hand baggage in the cabin free of charge with one small personal item, such as a little handbag or a slim laptop case that fits comfortably under the seat in front. Your ticket type will determine the weight allowance of your carry-on.

3. British Airways (/BA CityFlyer flights). Carry on sizes depends on our destinations and fares. Please find the below information for Basic fares on selected British Airways short and long haul flights. For British Airways, handbag/laptop size bag is guaranteed to travel in the cabin. However, on busy flights, you may be asked to check in additional cabin bag other than handbags, so make sure your valuables or essential medications are packed in hand bags. Also, all duty free bags or purchases from airport count as hand baggage, so they might be charged.

4. Ryanair. They have updated their cabin baggage policy in November 2018 by separating non-priority customer baggage allowance, a small bag which is able to fit under the seat in front, from priority customer baggage allowance, 1 small bag plus 1 cabin bag.
